What is a JoyJoy?

A JoyJoy is what Philippine online sellers call a buyer who costs them money on purpose: someone who orders, then leaves the seller holding the loss.

The RTS buyer

They order cash on delivery, then refuse the parcel, ghost the courier, or simply never answer, so the item rides all the way back to the seller. Return shipping, packaging, and the lost sale all come out of the seller's pocket.

The live miner

During a live selling session, they comment to claim an item ('mine'), the seller sets it aside, and they never check out. No address, no order id, just a platform and a username that never paid.

Why this site exists

joyjoybuyers is a register that sellers build together. Sellers file what happened to them, and anyone, seller or not, can check a username or an address before they ship an order or set aside a live-sale item.
